📖 My memoir, The Self Love Advocate, is coming soon — the story of an inheritance of grief, and how I transformed it into love. My father died 23 days before I was born, and I grew up carrying a wound I couldn't name. After surviving childhood trauma, profound loss, and my own rock bottom, I found my way out by learning to heal the root — to listen to my body, become my own advocate, and break the cycle for my daughter.

👉 I know what it's like to give everything to everyone else while running on empty. After years in the fitness industry, building multiple studios, and navigating my own season of burnout, I discovered the power of regenerative health, nervous system regulation, and somatic healing.

👉 I've spent over 15 years helping people heal their bodies, strengthen their minds, and step into a more grounded, empowered version of themselves.

👉 I'm also a mother, entrepreneur, speaker, coach, and energy healer who believes true transformation happens when we heal from the inside out — body, mind, and spirit.
